Marc Wiesner LL.M. (Yale) joins Walberg & Cie. from Milbank LLP and strengthens Corporate M&A department at the Munich office

‍Munich/Düsseldorf, May 8 2025 - The young boutique law firm Walberg Law Tax Strategy GmbH & Cie. KG (“Walberg & Cie.”) is expanding with the addition of Associate Marc Wiesner LL.M. (Yale).
Wiesner is specialized in the area of Corporate / M&A. He will support Walberg & Cie. in the further expansion of this area. Wiesner joins from Milbank LLP, where he was an Associate in the M&A / P&E department. Previously, Wiesner was a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Veil for civil law and corporate law at the LMU and published on capital market law, investment law and IT law. In addition to his two state law examinations in Munich, he completed a Master's degree in law at Yale Law School in New Haven, USA. There, Wiesner also deepened his knowledge in the field of digital technologies/AI and will also contribute to the further development of legal tech at Walberg & Cie.
