Vera Zintl M.Sc. joins Walberg & Cie. and strengthens tax department

Vera specialises in providing tax advice to companies and corporate groups, particularly in the context of restructuring.

She will support Walberg & Cie. in the further expansion of its specialist tax advisory services.

Vera joins from WTS Wirtschaftstreuhand GmbH in Munich, where she worked as a senior consultant in the corporate tax department, specialising in particular in ongoing and project-related income tax advice for companies and internationally active corporate groups, as well as group and fiscal unity taxation.

Vera completed her studies in business administration at the University of Augsburg, specialising in finance & information (bachelor's degree) and taxation (master's degree). During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Taxation. She was awarded the Outstanding Tax Thesis Award by the University of Augsburg for her outstanding bachelor's and master's theses (1st place bachelor's 2020, 2nd place master's 2022). She was appointed tax advisor in 2025.
