Walberg & Cie. welcomes Dr. Sebastian Binder as a managing partner with effect from January 1, 2026.

Munich, January 6, 2026 – Walberg Law Tax Strategy GmbH & Cie. KG (“Walberg & Cie.”) welcomes Dr. Sebastian Binder as a managing partner with effect from January 1, 2026.

Binder has been working as a tax advisor and associate partner for Walberg & Cie. since November 1, 2024. He began his consulting career in 2014 at the international commercial law firm Linklaters in the area of corporate tax law; he then worked at Flick Gocke Schaumburg in the area of group and corporate tax law, most recently as an associate partner.

His professional focus is on advising investors, entrepreneurs, and growth companies on M&A transactions, restructuring, and ongoing corporate tax law issues. He also has particular expertise in the area of real estate taxation and real estate transfer tax.

With Binder joining the partnership, the firm is strengthening its interdisciplinary approach of closely integrating legal and tax expertise and providing clients with comprehensive support for complex projects.
