Munich — our partner StB Manuel Brühl, together with Dr. Martin Weiß, Beck-Verlag, professionally led the Beck seminar “Corporations in International Tax Law — Tax Optimization in International Business Practice.” Topics of the seminar included the tax-optimal organization of international issues, avoiding the double burden of foreign dividends, business tax at foreign permanent establishments, additional taxation (Sections 7 et seq. AStG, Section 20 para. 2 AStG), typical constellations of issues involving DBA, transformations with international connections and the possibilities of restructuring in an international corporation.
