Marc advises companies, entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors on corporate law and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity. He supports his clients in the structuring and implementation of complex transactions - from formation, growth phases and restructuring to exit or succession. A particular focus is on the legal drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, often with cross-border implications.

Training & Career

Marc studied law at LMU Munich and completed an LL.M. at Yale Law School, USA. Since completing his doctorate at LMU Munich, he has published on capital markets, investment and IT law. He gained practical experience in major national and international law firms, most recently at Milbank.
